Our goal is to bring transparency to the environmental impact of online shopping.

We believe it’s increasingly difficult for people to make good purchasing choices.

There are thousands of products on the market and dozens of environmental issues, and not enough time for users to understand the environmental impact of their purchases.

We built Neutral to bring transparency to the environmental impact of our shopping habits and challenge the culture of overconsumption at the heart of the climate crisis.

We are a group of passionate students, activists, and technologists.

We have all contributed in our individual ways to fight climate change. We’ve been dissatisfied with the inaction we see in society and policy and are alarmed by the substantial progress we have yet to make as a collective to reach the global temperature targets outlined in the Paris Agreement.
